How do I get a tutor?

U.S Best Tutors will match the profile of the tutor(s) according to your child’s need to improve in a specified subject(s).

How do we know your tutors are good?

Our tutors have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the subject they tutor. Some are credentialed school teachers and graduate school students working on Masters and Ph.D. degrees. In order for a student to do well in school most often all that is needed is personalized one-to-one attention, for a more understandable explanation of the subject with cross questioning to clarify any confusion. A professional tutor can help the student better understand the material which is being presented by the teacher. Consequently, that student will become more confident in the subject and grades, test scores and, most importantly, self-esteem will improve drastically.

When are the tutors available?

Our tutors are available according to your schedules. The tutoring sessions can take place 7 days a week, at the specified time you choose. You choose the schedules you want, and U.S Best Tutors will try to set up the tutoring session for you according to your convenience.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 30 days notice in order to cancel the tutoring program.

What is your make-up policy?

Please let the administration know that you need rescheduling at least 48 hours before the session takes place. Students/parents will be charged for any cancelled session without 48 hour notification. All cancelled sessions need to be made up within the current month of tutoring.

Do you charge for Holidays?

We do not charge for days that we are closed. We are closed on following holidays: 4th July weekend, Winter Holidays (last week of December and first week of January) including Christmas and New Year, and Thanksgiving holidays (23rd and 24th Nov).

Do I have to be in any long term contract to start tutoring?

No, we do not enforce any long term contracts for tutoring. All our tutoring sessions are month to month contract. We only require 30 days cancellation period.
